Dear Zynga Support,
I have been trying to contact your support team multiple times to express my growing dissatisfaction with how your game currently operates. Ive been a loyal player of Zynga Poker for over 10 years and have invested a significant amount of money during that time, expecting a fair and enjoyable gaming experience in return.
Unfortunately, what I am experiencing now is far from that.
I have purchased a large number of chips something you can easily verify in your system yet Ive noticed that the same chips Ive paid for seem to disappear or are seemingly reused, as if a single item is being sold over and over again. It feels as though players are being charged unfairly, which was not the case in earlier years.
Furthermore, your system has recently started deducting the total chip amount from the table, something that wasnt previously done. This change appears to be another tactic to take chips from users without justification.
The presence of bots has also become extremely noticeable. They appear frequently, disrupt the flow of the game, and seem to be part of a broader issue where players are constantly put at a disadvantage.
What used to be a platform for entertainment and social interaction has now become a frustrating experience marked by manipulation and imbalance.
I am requesting that you return the chips that have been unfairly removed from my account or reimburse the money I spent on purchasing them.
As a long-time player and customer, I am extremely disappointed by the direction in which your game is heading. Unless this issue is resolved in a timely and fair manner, I will have no choice but to leave negative reviews going forward so that other users are warned about the current state of your platform.

Dear Zynga Support Team,
My name is Talha Karakaş, and I am a player of 101 Okey Plus. On March 28, 2025, my account was permanently banned, and I strongly believe this action was unjustified. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue through your support system, I have received no meaningful response, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my case has been handled.
After initially reaching out to Zynga Turkey support, I received an automated response and was told my account was banned due to a violation of game rules. However, I did not commit any violations. The situation surrounding my ban involves a player asking me to let go of the game, which I initially agreed to, but then decided to continue playing and win the game as part of my strategy. I used harmless phrases to delay the game, but this was simply a tactic, not an infraction of the rules.
What concerns me is that despite sending several follow-up inquiries to Zynga Turkey and requesting a thorough review of my account, I have received no further replies or resolution. This lack of response is deeply frustrating, and it feels like my concerns are being ignored.
I demand the following:
1. Immediate review and lifting of the unjust ban on my account.
2. A refund of the money I have spent on the game if my account is not reinstated.
3. If this issue is not addressed within 48 hours, I will be forced to take further action, including filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and taking legal steps.
I am escalating this matter to Zynga's main office and global support team. I am requesting that they take over the review of this issue as it has not been handled properly by Zynga Turkey. This situation is becoming more urgent, and I will not accept further delays. I will also make my complaint public on social media and other platforms if the issue is not resolved promptly.
I expect to receive a real response from a support representative, not an automated message, and for this issue to be dealt with professionally and swiftly.

I am very upset. I feel like I have been disrespected and discriminated against.
The game was running a special for 48 hours for Easter, but every time I go to buy the chips, the special was not there. Till the moment I got the chips, that was a trillion short. It happened three times. I have called support several times and written to support for the game several times.
They have not made it right, and they just keep closing the ticket. I feel like they got my money, so the heck with me. I am disabled and very sick, and this is not good for my health. No one wants to help me.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Called my bank, cuz the email I was communicating with u all of a sudden couldn't be found.
I ordered a special on keys. They had 1 set of 600 keys for $19.99, then a special of 620 keys for $19.99.
But only received 155 keys. They asked for a copy of that deal but no longer available, I suppose it was a 1 time deal. So don't know if I'll get the other 465 keys owed to me, if not I'm informing my bank of fraud with Zynga.
I haven't ordered in a long time cuz I'm on fixed income then too, last time I ordered keys they double charged me. It's always an issue with ordering for my game I truly enjoy.
The special disappeared for 620 keys for $19.99. I just assume since I used it it was taken off so I couldn't use again.
I sent screenshots of player I. D.#, keys on game,and copy of purchase from my bank app.
Toll free number did NOT get me to a customer service rep that I needed
I am having problems logging in - this just happened today. I tried several solutions (both from my own knowledge and by trying their recommendations on their website) but NOTHING worked.
Furthermore, I looked for somewhere to write to customer service but just ended up going in circles on their website.
I came across this toll-free # by accident, called it, and was told (by the recorded message) to go to the WEBSITE (where I was NOT finding the answers I needed!!) I am VERY FRUSTRATED! Why can't they make a link like in the game on their web where you can WRITE to customer support like they have within the game instead of going through hoops and accomplishing NOTHING?

The worst customer service ever I could not get any help from anyone at Zinga! I spent 9 hours trying to sign into my game and finally got sent to some company that wanted to charge me 55.00 to fix the problem I would have stopped trying but I had over 400 billion chips to still play. I kept trying and trying and finally I was able to get back into my game,almost 10 long and frustrating hours I have purchased over 300.00 in chips and did not appreciate not being able to get tech support

I was playing gin rummy plus and had lost over 25 million token then I started to win a few hands and suddenly I got the violation account deactivation sign, it's puzzling since I did not even had the option to write to my opponent though I think the opponent is also a robot,and the whole thing is created to take your money, I will be reporting zinga to BBB abd consumer protection Agency and gaming commissioner and others, these people are bunch of thieves
