I also won with 6, 7, and 8 of a kind. All the support team members responded with a form letter stating that I should check out the paytable. I explained that the paytable doesn't have anything to do with the 5 of a kind. They don't have to be in any specific line.
I asked if they looked at it, and I still got the same response. I messaged Zynga and Game of Thrones through Facebook Messenger and haven't heard anything from either one.

probably not a great idea.
My experience has been the customer service at Zynga game system is pretty much useless. Im on the *** of quitting the game altogether, although I enjoy the distraction.

Haven’t received my refund
Never spoke to anyone I dont understand whats going on on Texas Poker party club. I have it withdrawal and been over a week now I havent gotten my money and I want my money to come. Give me a contact my attorney because this is getting really ridiculous.

Recover game on one of my devices
Level On May 13 I updated my iPad. On May 14 I went to play Harry Potter Puzzles and Spells.
The game was at the beginning. I tried to recover it (level 3821 coins 5481) with my email address rondapatrick@***.com but that did not work. I okayed a bit hoping that would help. Today I went to recover the game again but the only game was the one I started yesterday.
I prefer to play this game I.
My iPad because of the larger screen. Please help me recover my original game.

I got a new phone, downloaded CSR2, the only game I play! And tried to recover my profile, no luck.
I messaged Zynga support through CSR2 support 2 days ago and provided all necessary information. They said someone would get back to me within 24 hours and nothing still!
Please help! The screenshot with the red Porsche is my account I need to recover; the one with the Mustang is the new one on the new phone.
