Person who helped me was unable to assist. My old account was lost when I got a new phone and he advised that there were no people to talk to re data restoration. He was polite.

Look at the leagues' World Champions; my Zynga name is HiRoller. It shows right now $69,189,166,526,173. This amount is partly due to the 53 trillion that I won, but yet you have not awarded the chips.

I'm not asking for any money back. Please just award the chips I earned.

I have one account on Zynga Poker that I have 2.6T chips on. I cannot remember my account details. I have documents that I have bought chips on that account.

Unable to add a friend that you can play with. They respond to the invite, but you cannot find them.

At the time of the incident, I had approximately 6 billion chips on my account.

Unfortunately, someone gained unauthorized access to my profile and started playing instead of me.

Please review the account activity and let me know if there's any way to recover my chips and lift the suspension.

You take all my money in the game and in life. I'm going to sue you if you don't act right.

Make sure if someone spends their cash on your game, they at least get some wins. ***

Your company can start caring for the game players' problems by providing a real person to help with issues, especially with a phone number that connects us with that person. If you are being truthful, this will happen.

Otherwise, your company is a joke (all about money). Money is the root of all evil.

I forgot my username and password, and Words with Friends will not let me buy coins. This is a great inconvenience for me. I cannot swap letters because of it, so I might need to change my username and password or need help figuring this out.
